I tended to do those when I got tired or knew I'd overwork myself if I didn't slow down. Also, she has a lot of low impact exercises. Overall, I did enjoy the challenge because she had a lot of new workouts and her constantly motivating you throughout the videos were very helpful. I don't want to say that you'd get drastic results, but everyone's body is different and I believe that a lot can happen in 28 days. Anyways, I lost an inch on my waist, about 4 lbs, with some definition starting to form on my abs, lost a decent amount of back fat, and my butt got a little bigger.
